SMT Assembly and PCBA Manufacturing From Prototype Assembly to Mass Production

We support single-sided and double-sided assembly, customer-supplied components, and complementary services for PCBs and PCBA. We confirm the project scope and delivery schedule in advance, taking into account design documents, material preparation, assembly processes, and testing requirements.

One-Stop PCB+PCBA Services

PCB + PCBA Support Services | Processes, materials, and lead times are reviewed and confirmed on a project-by-project basis.

Select the appropriate support method based on the project phase

SMT Assembly

Confirm the mounting surfaces, component orientations, and process requirements based on the BOM, coordinates, and assembly drawings; evaluate production scheduling separately for prototype and volume production projects.

Customer-Supplied Materials and Procurement on Behalf of the Customer

Depending on the project, we can coordinate customer-supplied materials, source materials on behalf of the customer, or use a combination of both, while clearly defining part numbers, quantities, approval procedures for substitutions, and surplus material management.

PCB + PCBA Solutions

Coordinate PCB manufacturing, assembly, and agreed-upon testing, and ensure consistency in document versions, handover standards, and scope of delivery.

From Document Review to Final Product Delivery

01 · Documentation and Manufacturability Review

Verify the versions of the PCB, BOM, coordinates, and assembly drawings; organize component orientations, assembly constraints, and items requiring confirmation.

02 · Material Preparation and Verification

Confirm the scope of customer-supplied and purchased items, the status of incoming materials, and critical materials; communicate in advance regarding any material shortages or the need for substitutes.

03 · Component Placement and Soldering

Schedule printing, assembly, and reflow soldering in accordance with the approved process documentation; conduct specialized reviews for special components or processes.

04 · Validation and Error Handling

Inspect the assembly results in accordance with the project's inspection requirements, document any anomalies, and confirm the arrangements for rework and reinspection.

05 · Testing and Verification of Results

Based on the agreed-upon scope of fit-and-function testing or other tests, define the procedures, fixtures, and acceptance criteria.

06 · Packaging and Delivery

Verify quantities, markings, packaging, and shipping documents; ship according to the confirmed schedule and dispose of any remaining materials.

Delivery Schedule: Starting with the Completion of Documentation and Materials

Prototyping Phase

Prioritize clarifying the design version, key components, and the process for approving the first prototype, and allow time for feedback on engineering issues and revisions.

Small-batch phase

Verify the quantity of complete sets, assembly consistency, and test readiness; confirm the production process, packaging, and shipping batch.

Batch Phase

Deliveries will be coordinated based on the supply schedule, production schedule, and testing cycle; advance arrangements are required for batch shipments.

Delivery times are assessed after the specifications, materials, and process requirements have been confirmed. Material shortages, design changes, special processes, or test preparations may affect the schedule; rush orders and partial shipments will be confirmed based on actual conditions.

Please submit all required information to facilitate an accurate review.

Frequently Asked Questions About SMT / PCBA Manufacturing

Do you offer small-batch production?

You may submit a small number of sample requests. The quantity, components, manufacturing processes, material supply, and test preparation will all affect costs and production scheduling; these details must be confirmed in writing.

Can all electronic components be supplied by the customer?

We are open to discussing customer-supplied material arrangements. Please specify the part numbers, quantities, packaging, delivery schedule, and requirements for handling excess material. Any discrepancies in the received materials must be confirmed before processing begins.

Does the quote include functional testing by default?

Not all tests are included by default. Please provide test specifications, procedures, and fixture requirements, and confirm the scope of test preparation and execution separately.

What should I do if there are missing parts in the BOM or if a substitution is needed?

List any missing materials and potential substitutes; the design team must confirm their critical performance characteristics, packaging, and suitability before updating the documentation. Do not substitute materials without authorization.
