PCB and PCBA Services From Production Documentation to Project Delivery

Choose from bare board manufacturing, component procurement, assembly, and testing support to meet your design and delivery needs. Shenzhen Jingpeng Electronics helps clarify process, supply, and acceptance requirements, ensuring your project proceeds according to the approved plan.

Combine the necessary services based on project needs

PCB Manufacturing

Determine the manufacturing plan based on materials, lamination, board thickness, hole patterns, and surface treatment; support prototyping and batch project reviews.

PCBA Assembly

Review SMT, through-hole, and mixed-assembly requirements based on the BOM, coordinates, and assembly drawings to clarify the scope of assembly and delivery.

Component Procurement

Supports collaboration on the procurement of either the entire BOM or specific materials, and allows for the confirmation of supply terms and approval requirements for substitute materials based on part numbers.

Free DFM / DFA

Review the manufacturing and assembly documentation prior to production and provide feedback on items requiring clarification and suggestions for improvement.

Testing and Quality Support

Confirm the electrical testing of bare boards, assembly inspections, functional testing, and required reports based on the scope of delivery.

Coordination Between Prototyping and Production

From file preparation and parameter confirmation to production and delivery, learn about the prototyping process and key project communication milestones.

What stage of the project are you in?

The design is complete, and we are ready to produce a prototype.

First, submit the production documents and key parameters to confirm the materials, stack-up, process, and quantity, and then arrange for a quote and review.

We have the PCBs and need them assembled.

Provide the BOM, placement coordinates, assembly drawings, and parts list, and specify the programming, testing, and packaging requirements.

Prototype complete, ready for mass production

Confirm the final version, material availability, acceptance criteria, and delivery schedule; any design or material changes require reconfirmation.

High-Frequency and Radar Applications

Confirm manufacturing requirements related to materials, RF paths, antenna areas, and stacking.

Flexibility and a Balance of Flexibility and Rigidity

Evaluate the structure by considering connection spaces, bend zones, reinforcements, and assembly constraints.

Thick Copper and Heat Dissipation Structures

Evaluate manufacturing options based on copper thickness, circuit patterns, insulation, and heat dissipation requirements.

Identify Four Milestones from Requirement to Delivery

01 · Submit Documents

Please provide production documentation, quantities, desired delivery dates, and key requirements, and specify whether you need bare boards, assembly, or combination services.

02 · Project and Quote Confirmation

Verify the specifications and manufacturability, and confirm the materials, supply arrangements, inspection items, pricing, and schedule.

03 · Organizing Production by Version

Proceed with manufacturing and assembly in accordance with the approved documentation; communicate any changes, material substitutions, or exceptions before implementing them.

04 · Testing and Delivery

Conduct inspections in accordance with the agreed-upon requirements, and verify the reports, quantities, markings, packaging, and arrangements for delivery in batches.

Get All the Information You Need for a Quote in One Go

Bare Board Projects
Gerber or ODB++, drill files, materials, stack-up, board thickness, copper thickness, and surface treatment.
Assembly Projects
BOM, placement coordinates, assembly drawings, notes on non-installed components, and the customer's bill of materials.
Test Items
Test specifications, firmware, interfaces, fixture requirements, and clear acceptance criteria.
Delivery Requirements
Quantity, expected delivery date, reports, packaging requirements, and non-negotiable items.

The specific manufacturability scope, test items, and delivery schedule are subject to the results of the engineering review and quotation confirmation. The timelines for material procurement, bare board production, and assembly should be verified separately.

Service FAQs

Is it possible to just manufacture the PCB without doing the assembly?

You may submit documents for a bare board project; if you require component procurement, assembly, or testing, simply specify each requirement in your request for quotation.

Do you accept customer-supplied materials?

The evaluation may be conducted based on customer-supplied materials or a partial procurement approach. Please specify the bill of materials, packaging, quantities, and requirements for allowances for waste.

Has DFM/DFA been validated based on whether it represents the product's functionality?

This does not imply that manufacturing and assembly reviews can substitute for circuit, functional, or reliability verification; the scope of testing must be confirmed separately.

We haven't decided on the material or process yet. Can we consult with you first?

Please provide your application requirements, existing design, and target specifications, and our engineering team will assist you in identifying any additional information needed and evaluating possible solutions.
