PCB Online Quote Please specify your requirements first

Submit your design documents and manufacturing specifications so that our engineering team can verify manufacturability and then confirm the price and delivery date. If the specifications have not yet been finalized, you may still submit the information you have available.

This page offers a manual engineering quote service; after you submit your request, our team will respond with a quote—prices are not generated automatically.

How do I prepare the documents?

Compile the traces, solder mask, text, drill holes, outline, and process notes into a single ZIP file and include the version number.

If the file is large or difficult to upload, you may send it via email, specifying your company name and contact person.

02 / List of Materials

Three Types of Information to Help Accurately Determine Prices

01

Manufacturing Data

Gerber files, drill files, and outline files, with clear version identifiers. If only source files are available, please first verify that they are in a readable format.

02

Process Specifications

Number of layers, materials, board thickness, copper thickness per layer, surface finish, and solder mask color; if there are impedance requirements, blind or buried vias, or special tolerances, list them separately.

03

Quantity and Delivery

The quantity for this prototype or production run, whether delivery will be in batches, the expected delivery date, and the delivery location. If surface-mount assembly is required, please include a BOM and coordinate files separately.

Gerber files generally do not provide complete information on all material and process parameters on their own; items requiring confirmation should be specified, and the manufacturing specifications will be finalized after confirmation by both parties.

03 / Quote Breakdown

What Factors Affect Price and Delivery Time?

01

Materials and Layers

The panel model, number of layers, panel thickness, and copper thickness all affect material usage and the manufacturing process.

02

Dimensions and Quantity

Sheet dimensions, panel utilization, order quantity, and batch scheduling all affect cost allocation.

03

Processing and Inspection

Fine lines, special via holes, impedance control, surface treatments, and testing report requirements all affect the workload involved in manufacturing and inspection.

When comparing quotes, please verify the PCB costs, engineering or testing fees, rush charges, taxes and shipping arrangements, as well as the quote’s validity period and version. The actual quote shall prevail for all applicable items.

04 / After Submission

At each step, there are items that need to be confirmed.

Data Verification
Verify that the document is readable, and list any missing parameters and issues that need to be confirmed.
Engineering Review
Evaluate manufacturing conditions such as stack-up, impedance, trace width and spacing, and via structure.
Quote Confirmation
Confirm the specifications, version, quantity, cost, payment terms, and delivery date.
Schedule Production
Once the engineering issues have been resolved and the order conditions have been met, production will begin as confirmed.

05 / Frequently Asked Questions

Before requesting a quote, you may want to know

The information is incomplete. Can I request a quote for now?

You may submit the information you have available for now and indicate which parameters require confirmation. If the information is incomplete, we can only provide a preliminary assessment; the final price and manufacturing specifications will be determined once the information has been confirmed.

How long will it take to receive a quote?

Response time depends on the completeness of the documentation and the complexity of the manufacturing process. Special materials, impedance requirements, or complex laminates may require further review; if you have specific time requirements, please contact us directly by phone.

Can I request expedited processing?

You may propose a target delivery date. Whether rush orders are accepted depends on the materials, manufacturing process, quantity, and current production schedule. Acceptance criteria, fees, and shipping times are subject to confirmation.

Can the prototyping price be used directly for mass production?

For mass production, pricing must be reassessed based on quantity, panel layout, testing methods, and delivery arrangements. We recommend providing both the sample quantity and the estimated production volume to facilitate comparison.

Does a successful upload mean the order has been confirmed?

This does not constitute a binding agreement. The form is used to submit a request for a quote; production will not be arranged until both parties have confirmed the manufacturing documents, process parameters, quote, and order terms.
