Quality Assurance From Clear Requirements to Documented Delivery
We establish project quality requirements based on design documents, materials, manufacturing, and inspection. Shenzhen Jingpeng Electronics works with you to confirm the scope of testing, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation, ensuring a clear basis for each key milestone.

Shenzhen Jingpeng Electronics | Joint Confirmation of Manufacturing and Inspection Requirements
Quality control is implemented throughout the entire production process
01 · Confirmation of Documents and Requirements
Verify the production version, materials, stack-up, tolerances, and special processes, and compile a list of issues requiring confirmation in advance.
02 · Incoming Material Inspection
Verify the sheet materials, components, and accompanying documentation against procurement and project requirements, and clarify the procedures for handling non-conforming incoming materials.
03 · First-Article and In-Process Inspections
Validation is conducted based on critical dimensions, drawings, and process conditions; the items to be inspected during the first-article inspection are determined based on the product’s structure and production requirements.
04 · Inspection and Testing
Determine the test items based on the scope of delivery for bare boards or PCBA, and specify the scope of coverage, test conditions, and acceptance criteria.
05 · Shipment Verification
Verify the version, quantity, appearance, packaging, and agreed-upon report, and confirm that the labeling matches the order information.
06 · Error Reporting and Improvements
Analyze anomalies by reviewing orders, batches, problem locations, and test evidence; discuss resolution plans and follow-up verification.
Bare Board Inspection: Layout, Dimensions, and Electrical Connections
AOI and Visual Inspection
Identifies pattern and appearance anomalies detectable during the corresponding process inspection. The results of optical inspection do not replace comprehensive electrical or reliability verification.
Electrical Testing and Flying Probe Testing
Check for connection issues such as open circuits and short circuits based on test data, and confirm the test scope and criteria.
Dimensions and Special Inspections
Verify the plate and frame dimensions, pore size, and other critical dimensions according to the drawings. Special requirements such as impedance, slicing, and thermal stress must be specified and confirmed separately at the time of the request for quotation.
PCBA Testing: Test Subjects and Scope Must Be Clearly Defined
AOI and X-rays
AOI is used to inspect visible assembly conditions; X-rays can be used to inspect hidden solder joints, such as those in BGAs. Inspection items should be determined based on the packaging and product requirements.
ICT and Electrical Testing
Coverage must be verified by considering test points, components, circuit topology, and test procedures; it should not be broadly interpreted as verifying the performance of the entire circuit.
FCT Functional Testing
Verify functionality in accordance with the agreed-upon test specifications, firmware, and acceptance criteria. Power supply, interfaces, loads, test fixtures, and the test environment must be clearly defined.
Bare-board electrical testing, assembly inspection, and complete unit functional verification are distinct stages. The quotation should specify each required service item to avoid assuming that passing a single test means all product performance aspects have been verified.
Before production, clearly outline the acceptance requirements.
- Products and Versions
- Specify the scope of delivery for the PCB/PCBA, document versions, BOM, and applicable drawings.
- Basis for Acceptance
- Specify the applicable standards, versions, and grades, as well as any special customer requirements, and clearly define how to handle conflicts.
- Key Projects
- List the dimensions, tolerances, impedance, hole patterns, or soldering requirements that must be controlled.
- Testing and Reporting
- Confirm the test items, methods, scope, sampling requirements, and reports to be provided.
- Labeling and Traceability
- Based on the project agreement, the scope of association between batches, materials, and inspection records, as well as the shipping information.
- Packaging and Delivery
- Describe requirements for protection, storage, labeling, quantity, and delivery in batches.

How can you provide useful information when an issue occurs?
Orders and Location
Provide the order, batch, product version, quantity, and location of any discrepancies, and retain the original packaging and related labels.
Phenomena and Evidence
Describe the discovery process, conditions for reproduction, and testing methods; provide photographs, test data, and comparisons with normal samples.
Handling and Verification
Communicate arrangements for isolation, review, and corrective action; when design or process changes are involved, clearly define the division of responsibilities and validation methods.
Frequently Asked Questions About Quality and Acceptance
Do all orders include all test items?
The scope of testing shall be confirmed based on the product and quotation. Any special tests, reports, or specialized tooling must be explicitly requested and agreed upon.
Does system certification mean that a particular product has been certified?
They cannot be equated directly. The certification body and scope, specific product requirements, and the acceptance records for the order should be verified separately.
How can we establish higher-level acceptance criteria?
When requesting a quote, please specify the applicable standards, versions, grades, and special requirements; confirmation will be provided following a review that takes into account the product’s structure, manufacturing processes, and inspection conditions.
Can we do the design review first?
Production documents and requests for key considerations may be submitted for DFM/DFA review; however, design reviews do not replace subsequent testing and functional verification.
